After you get moving and you have done a little exercise you can start to add additional steps and or go farther or a little harder. The idea is to build up slowly. Once you do this your will start to see results.
You want to also change your diet. For most of us chicken wings and beer aren’t the greatest diet in the world. However, if we focus on changing our diets slowly, we will begin to see and experience change.
